Welcome to my world where cooking is just what I do! I have always been passionate about really good food. I had the privilege of being born in New York but raised on the Islands Haïti & Puerto Rico. My love for great food grew as I traveled the world. I now live in New Braunfels, Texas where I have the honor of bringing my island flavors to the world's most amazing river town. We cater your most important event: weddings, rehearsal dinners, bachelorette parties, corporate functions, and family gatherings.
